Unapologetically Abbey
Live Without Apologies started as a way to speak boldly — first for myself, then for others who needed permission to do the same.
What began as motivation turned into something quieter.
Now, this work is about curating conversations and ideas that don’t rush clarity. Writing when it matters. Creating space — on pages, in rooms, and on mics — for people to think out loud without performing certainty.
No hype. No tidy conclusions. Just room to sit with what’s still forming.
